The new LinkedIn Pages Update is currently rolling out in the U.S.
On Tuesday 13 Nov 2018 LinkedIn announced that it has rebuilt company pages completely for a new and better experience on the LinkedIn pages in the U.S. And for the other countries the update will be shared in the weeks ahead. There is a new tool in the company page that helps the page admin get automatic suggestions on content, which helps the company to have a better engagement with the employees and Customers within the platform and more advanced analytics.
The following points will tell us about the new and improved features on New LinkedIn Pages and Why is this important to us?
1.      Better Reach
As the LinkedIn user base is becoming bigger by the day, almost 590+ million professionals on this network. The content Generated is also very high. The new tool will help in providing better information about the company to the relevant individuals who are looking for jobs and their favourite companies to follow.
2.      New Options
With this new tool in place, now the page admins have the option to showcase the content first and then opt for targeting based on job functions, location, and job seniority etc. Admin can now also add customize buttons like "request demo", "sign-up" etc.
3.      More Control to Page Admins
Page Admins can post content on employee feeds with the help of new option "Share with employees" for better engagement and more reach. Page admins can discover and reshare content posted by employees and respond to any post and reshare it too. This is a part of tools that help companies to connect with the employees in a better way.
4.      Aggerated Data
LinkedIn page Analytics from now on includes combined data from all the pages so that the admins can compare their page engagements metrics with overall engagements of the LinkedIn Page.
5.      Better sApp Controls
Page Admins can respond to comments and post updates using the Android or IOS apps.
6.      Tools Integration
Affiliation of tools like Hootsuite and CrunchBase is also included in LinkedIn New page. CrunchBase will help in the investor information and Hootsuite will help Admins to get notifications and activities of the page on the tool directly.
